AppClose Pro: the co‑parenting platform built for family law professionals

To manage co‑parents’ complex needs, AppClose provides a comprehensive set of user friendly tools: real-time messaging, audio/video calling (with the consent of both participants, calls can be recorded and transcribed, with no limit on the number of recorded calls), scheduling, expense tracking, sending and receiving payments, documenting check-ins, exporting records that no user can alter, and more. AppClose enables co‑parents to maintain a well-structured and efficient approach to communicate, manage parenting obligations, and document interactions for evidentiary purposes, within any range of conflict situation.

Any AppClose user may export their own records, and U.S. users can generate unlimited Certified Electronic Business Records. Each one is certified by our Custodian of Records and digitally signed by AppClose, Inc. The certification is designed to meet the requirements for business records certifications under the Federal Rules of Evidence and their state counterparts, so records can be offered in evidence without live custodian testimony. In response to a valid subpoena, records may also be certified by our business records affidavit, at no charge.
