AppClose provides a comprehensive set of tools to manage the complex needs of co‑parents: facilitating communication, real-time messaging, scheduling, expense tracking, sending and receiving payments, documenting check-ins and other interactions for evidentiary purposes, and more.

Every message, call, request, and payment on AppClose is securely and automatically time-stamped, encrypted, and stored as part of an unaltered system of record. AppClose records are designed for reliability and use in U.S. family law courts and courts of general jurisdiction that handle family law matters.
AppClose offers Unlimited Certified Electronic Business Records, providing tamper-resistant record exports generated directly from the encrypted, unaltered original records stored on the platform. Any user may initiate a certified records export. Whether introduced by a user or their attorney, each export includes a unique record ID and certification timestamp verifying its source and integrity.
Attorneys and courts may independently verify a record ID through AppClose's verification website and, via AppClose Pro, download the same stored certified records directly from the system. In response to a proper subpoena, AppClose will also certify records through a business records affidavit.

Clearer communication. Less conflict.
Co-Parent Assist provides optional, real-time guidance before you send a message. It can help identify wording that may be perceived as escalatory, and offer more neutral alternatives. You remain in full control of what is sent.

Dual authentication, PIN or biometric lock-screen capabilities, and advanced data encryption ensure personal data and important information are secure and protected.
Strict privacy policies ensure that calls are never traced or recorded, phone numbers are never revealed, location is never shared and cannot be tracked, emails used for registration remain anonymous, and all conversations are private and protected.
AppClose provides total control. Co‑parents determine who to include in their circle, whether to enable or disable audio and video calling for specific circle members, what information is shared, and with whom it is shared.
