Reliable, Court-Trusted Business Records - Every message, call, request, and payment on AppClose is securely and automatically time-stamped, encrypted, and stored as part of an unaltered system of record. AppClose records are designed for reliability and use in U.S. family law courts and courts of general jurisdiction that handle family law matters.

AppClose offers Unlimited Certified Electronic Business Records, providing tamper-resistant record exports generated directly from the encrypted, unaltered original records stored on the platform. Any user may initiate a certified records export. Whether introduced by a user or their attorney, each export includes a unique record ID and certification timestamp verifying its source and integrity.

Attorneys and courts may independently verify a record ID through AppClose's verification website and, via AppClose Pro, download the same stored certified records directly from the system. In response to a proper subpoena, AppClose will also certify records through a business records affidavit.

Certified Business Records are available only to users in the United States.
